Save Document automatically (MS Office)

Introduction………………
This option provide to both remind you save, or to automatically save either the current or all open documents………………..

Saving a Document automatically ……………
1 .Click on Tools from the menu bar to display a drop down list of commands………..
2 .Click on Options command to open an option tabbed box.
3. Click on the save tab from the tab list.
4. Click on the save auto recover check box.
5. Click the spinner box to increase or decrease the time interval fro saving automatically.
Click on the OK button to Apply new settings.
